SUMMARY
When only using touch screen input the screen dimms as if that were not a factor to determine inactivity. It also does not 'wake up' i.e. turn it up again from touch events.

xinput reports my touchscreen as 'ELAN2514:00 04F3:2B0E'. I'm on x11.

I'm not able to reproduce this on git-master, using a Flex 2-in-1 with a touch screen. Can you see if you can still reproduce this with Plasma 6.3.5 or later? If you can, please set this back to REPORTED. Thanks!
