SUMMARY

I can't change the keyboard repeat settings at all in the Keyboard System Settings. I have a ThinkPad X1C laptop, and a Logitech MX Keys wireless keyboard connected to it via the Logitech unifying USB receiver. No matter which keyboard I use, the repeat rate is the same (and unfortunately too slow).

Yeah, you have to reboot, but it doesn't tell you this.
