SUMMARY
Using a Huion Kamvas 13; without observable cause, pen making contact with the tablet (only within the Krita workspace are) will not be recognized, motion will still be tracked as well as off canvas operations (ie: selecting tools, layers, etc. This issue does not occur on other drawing platforms.At random times, the recognition will return, though without the pressure settings registering.

Try switching between wintab and windows 8 pointer api in krita's settings, or resetting the huion tablet driver settings. It's not a bug in krita's code, since krita doesn't have any actual tablet support code.
