Bluetooth off

SUMMARY
The Bluetooth header border is thick when Bluetooth is enabled, when Bluetooth is off it is normal.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system tray applet
2. select Bluetooth & enable Bluetooth
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
The Bluetooth applet header border is thick.

EXPECTED RESULT
The Bluetooth applet header border should be same as when Bluetooth is off.

Makes sense. Addressing that is on my todo list for 5.22

Already fixed in Plasma 5.21 for the system tray use case, but I suppose the non-systemtray use case remains.

Yup, I fixed this in the Plasma 5.22 overhaul of separators. Thanks for following up!
