Makes sense. Addressing that is on my todo list for 5.22
Already fixed in Plasma 5.21 for the system tray use case, but I suppose the non-systemtray use case remains.

I cannot reproduce this issue.
Yup, I fixed this in the Plasma 5.22 overhaul of separators. Thanks for following up!
