SUMMARY
crop lets one specify pixels. can kolourpaint please let specify cm as well. kolorpaint would then resize the image to that dimension, and offer a box to cut of the smaller side. say the image is 5x5, on resize to 4.5x3.5 it would resize it to 4.5x4.5 and offer a box to cut to 3.5.
