SUMMARY
An external display connected to laptop is not working on KDE Wayland session.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Boot KDE Neon Live ISO

OBSERVED RESULT
External display is black(it is enabled in Display Configuration) and it is not usable.
It is powered-on but applications are not being rendered, the only thing which is visible is the mouse cursor.

EXPECTED RESULT
The external display should work.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
KDE Neon Live ISO:
neon unstable 20210131-03:38

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The same problem can be reproduced also with Fedora Rawhide KDE Live:
Fedora-KDE-Live-x86_64-Rawhide-20210203.n.0.iso

I reported this bug also in Fedora BZ: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1925326

Xorg session works fine.

Can you confirm if it's an issue on newer Plasma and reopen if it is.
