systemsettings shortcut configuration page

SUMMARY
For example, the operation "Halt Without Confirmation" has a default shortcut "Ctrl+Alt+Shift+PgDown". This shortcut is easily activated accidentally when the PgUp/PgDown keys are placed near the arrow keys.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Using a keyboard with PgUp/PgDown placed near the arrow keys
2. Try to activate a similar shortcut involving Ctrl/Alt/Shift/Arrows

OBSERVED RESULT
Accidental power-related operations

EXPECTED RESULT
no-op

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma:
KDE Plasma Version: 5.20.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.78.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Personally I don't think there should be a default shortcut for shutdown/reboot/logout without confirmation.

Thank you for your feedback. This is an opinion not a bug, so I'm closing this.
I have not seen many similar reports, so I don't think this is a widespread issue.

Locally you can re-assign these shortcuts.
