SUMMARY

Plasma panel is too wide if it has a minimum size.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a panel with minimum width (smaller than how much the components need).
2. If you edit the panel, a "Configure..." button appears.
3. After exiting edit mode, the space for the configure button (icon) is still occupied.

OBSERVED RESULT
An empty space where the configure button was remains.

EXPECTED RESULT
The panel should resize to the desired minimum width.
