SUMMARY

The Kde crash handler closed unexpectedly popped up when using the terminal to install the latest kernel update.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. launch Konsole
2. typed "dnf updateinfo sec"
3. type "dnf update --security"

OBSERVED RESULT
During the dnf update process, the Kde crash pop up showed up

EXPECTED RESULT
No crash
