SUMMARY
the packagekit backend is broken under X11, but works fine in Wayland, might be downstream since Neon isn't affected but still worth mentioning

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log into the X11 Plasma session
2. Launch Discover

OBSERVED RESULT
Discover will display a toast message about an "unexpected error" for the first packagekit repo: does not happen in Wayland

EXPECTED RESULT
