STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Activate "Window geometry" option (Window Management > Window Behavior > Movement tab)
2. Play a video (tested with mpv and vlc besides the player in the attachment)
2. Drag window

OBSERVED RESULT
Dragging the window is not smooth 

EXPECTED RESULT
Dragging the window is smooth

When there is no video playing the stuttering is minimal to non existent.
