Description Jan Grulich 2021-01-26 10:31:41 UTC
SUMMARY
Holding any key for a longer time doesn't make the key to being constantly pressed, like holding an arrow to keep moving the cursor or holding the backspace to delete. It always results into a single press.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hold any key for longer time

OBSERVED RESULT
It looks like the key was pressed just once.

EXPECTED RESULT
It should repeat the press.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 33
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.20.90
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.78
Qt Version: 5.15.2

I was told this is an intentional change. Can be configured in system settings.
