open the new kickoff menu and press the alt key. Alt+e should switch to places - this does not happen. Alt+l should sleep - this does not happen. etc.
I can conform, applications and places does not work but stand by does work here

I use custom shortcuts for specific words in my work, like emails, usernames and other things. Last days, using by example Win+V to get the word "vmorenomarin", the trigger only returns "morenomarin", opens the launcher and blocks the window until press the Win key. This is fixed in the Plasma 5.23 code rewrite.
