SUMMARY
Click checkbox to enable, then folder to specify a different folder  then Change to different folder then clicked "Select Folder" then click 'OK' On 'Project Settings' dialog box 

Then it tells me 'This will move all temporary files from .... then be reloaded.' I click 'Continue' button

"Error Moving project folder: ...." only then left to do is click 'Ok' button

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I made sure I had permission to write to folder.
2. Ran under Administrator.
3. Tried to save to 'Download' Folder (still nothing)

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing

EXPECTED RESULT
cache folder to move to folder I pointed to.

Confirmed. 
I assume you changed Project-Settings -> enable "custom project folder" and point to another folder on a different drive like "E" or an USB-Stick. 
If so the error message "Error moving project to folder: E:/…." appears.

Hi and thank you for your patience.

In the meantime this should be fixed.
Can you please check whether this issue still exists in the latest version
24.12.0?

If yes, please update this report to reflect the new version and set the status
to CONFIRMED.

If it works now like you expect it would, you may change the status of this
report to RESOLVED - FIXED.

At any rate, this report will be closed if there is no activity for the next 30
days.
