SUMMARY
If you scroll up by dragging your mouse from the top to the bottom on something like the User Feedback setting in the System Settings app, you might see some cut off text.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Go to something like User Feedback (notification settings is the same)
3. Drag your mouse from the top of the page to the bottom.

OBSERVED RESULT
Fonts look cut off

EXPECTED RESULT
Font looks just fine and perfectly readable
