Under what circumstance does this happen? What did you do to get it to happen? What was the consequence? Was it just a warning or did something bad happen?

Hi, thanks for replying,

It does happen any time , specially when I trye to download an app from 
Discover or synaptic.

The update show error on line ( sometime on 13, sometime 15)

with the message following

/E: Poorly formed entry 15 in list file/etc/apt/sources.list (Component)/

/E: Unable to read the list of sources/

/You can try to fix the problem by opening the repositories window/

/E:_cache->open()failed, please report/

Are we talking about Discover or Konsole? I'm confused.

Can you attach a screen recording that shows the issue?
