SUMMARY
When I open two or more app, the last icon of the task manager goes under, in a nonexistent row.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a panel spacer between the Task Manager and the Pager
2. Set "Maximum rows" of the Task Manager to 1
3. Open two app

OBSERVED RESULT
The last icon of the Task Manager goes under

EXPECTED RESULT
All the icon remain on the same row
