Touchpad info

SUMMARY
Touchpad is detected in xinput and working, but not detected in settings.

I think it's a regressions introduced in late December or January 2021

It worked when I did full update (Arch) a few days before Christmas break, doesn't work after update in the first week of January.

Since the touchpad code hasn't been touched in a meaningful way since then (actually at all), then this is gong to be caused by a kernel or driver issue. Can you follow up in a report/forum specific to Arch or the kernel itself? Thanks!

This can be closed actually, it's not on my laptop, so I didn't have up to date info. It has fixed itself...
