Description Tyson Tan 2021-01-16 17:09:27 UTC
SUMMARY
When multiple documents with different Color Depths are opened, the FG/BG Color Selector in Krita' toolbar displays numbers with the wrong Color Depth under certain circumstances.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create an 8-bit document
2. Create a 16-bit document
3. In the view of 16-bit document, open FG/BG Color Selector and choose a color, the numbers have a range of 0-65535.
4. Switch to the view of 8-bit document, open FG/BG Color Selector and choose a color, the numbers still have a range of 0-65535 while it's supposed to be 0-255.
5. Same thing happens when going the other way round (8-bit > 16-bit).

WORKAROUND
I was able to correct the wrong range by using the color picker in that dialogue. I must click OK to confirm, otherwise it would return to the wrong range next time when I open the dialogue.

I think this is fixed now (66f7dce492). I think Lynx3d worked on some things about color selectors, maybe it was fixed then.
Please check and if you confirm, just close the report as FIXED.
