SUMMARY When I open KPM by the first time after login, its password dialog opens in foreground as expected. But if I restart KPM, its password dialog opens in background until the next login. bug 429770 is Wayland specific. The behavior reported here also occurs on X11.
OK, let's reopen this then. But I'll probably won't have time to look at it since I haven't used X11 since Plasma 5.12 and I guess Wayland solution will work for X11 too.
