A bell in the top bar would be cool where you can see road and unread comments to your reports.
KDE's bugtracking system uses Bugzilla so you should consider submitting your feature request to Bugzilla developers. You can view a list of all bugs you have commented or reported, by making use of the "status" field and "search by people" section in advanced search. By the way, you can also go to Preferences -> Email Preferences and review your settings so that you will receive email notifications when there are updates to the bugs you reported or commented.
