STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the User Manager
2. Select your user picture > clear

OBSERVED RESULT
Changes are not applied.

I had to upload a new video because the previous was corrupted or something.

In 5.20 the user manager has been reworked and doesn't have this bug any more
