Yeah you nailed it :) , I'm always running TeamViewer to access my remote machine, so after closing it it seems the entry inside Tray settings is removed.

Even the icon of TeamViewer in Tray area in not visible.

Sorry to say, but there is a problem with TeamViewer on Arch based distributions. This is not a fault of KDE Plasma, more details in Bug 426206.
