SUMMARY
Although the screen reader reads the current character under the cursor on the first line of Konsole, it does not read the output of commands, and reads "blank" or an incorrect character when the cursor is not on the first line.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable the screen reader in system settings
2. Open Konsole
3. Type ls
4. Press enter
5. Type "testing"
6. Press the left arrow key

OBSERVED RESULT
The screen reader does not read the output of the command. The screen reader does not read the character under the cursor.

EXPECTED RESULT
The screen reader should read the output of the command. The screen reader should _consistently_ read the character under the cursor.
