Buggy left corner of Breeze titlebar

SUMMARY
This is something I observed first on SBE but later I tested with default Breeze window decoration to notice the same behavior. Whenever the titlebar of a window updates the title for any reason and if the title is left aligned, the first pixels will never update unless the window goes out of focus. I'm attaching a screenshot to show the effect

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Just do anything in any program that may update the tile in Breeze's titlebar, like changing categories in System Settings or selecting a DM chat on Discord after being on a server channel

OBSERVED RESULT
The first pixels of the corner does not update, resulting in glitched title until the window loses focus

EXPECTED RESULT
The entire titlebar update regardless if the window is active or inactive

lol "Syndow decorations".

I can confirm the issue if I remove all of the left-side window decoration buttons. Since this happens with multiple windoe decoration themes, I think the issue is more likely to be in KWin rather than Breeze. Moving.

SBE is based on Breeze, therefore they may share bugs. Does this happen with other window decorations, e.g. plastik?

Doesn't happen with Plastik, at least for me. But just in case I also tested with Oxygen and it seems to happen with Oxygen as well.

That makes sense since Breeze is ultimately based on oxygen.

I can also confirm that it is not a problem with Plastik. Moving back to Breeze.
