Created attachment 134678 [details] screenshot of configuration window for Fiscal Year SUMMARY When setting the start of the fiscal year there is no difficulty picking the day but the month selector button is so narrow no months are visible STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open KMM 2. Click: Settings => Configure KMyMoney... (new window appears) 3. Click General tab, see the Fiscal Year box OBSERVED RESULT Cannot see the months, just a narrow bar. It is possible to move the bar down in steps and count to the right place if you guess that the top position is January and the rest follows down. EXPECTED RESULT Visisble list of months SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: 10 macOS: Linux/KDE Plasma: (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: KDE Frameworks Version: KDE Frameworks 5.77.0 Qt Version: Qt 5.15.1 (built against 5.15.1) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Another one of those windows only problems. I am unable to duplicate this on linux. What happens when you resize the configure dialog?
Created attachment 134696 [details] screenshot of configure dialogue resized Good suggestion, Thomas. Although there seems to be plenty of space for the months without resizing, they only appear correctly when the dialogue is expanded sideways.
Thomas, one other observation. In your screen vid you select the date from a single box. In my screen grab the date is one box for day and a separate box for month. However, after going through the steps outlined in comment 33 for the account closure issue 430554 - and copying the 'fixed' working file back to my main PC - the fiscal year configuration I see is now a single box and there is no need to resize the window to see it properly.
