I'm unable to reproduce this issue on 20.12.0 on my wayland laptop. Can you try in a new user to see if it is configuration file related? Also what settings are you using in Display and Monitor > Compositor?

Indeed, the problem was resolved after creating a new user. So the problem was in the outdated configuration. Thanks, and I apologize for the issue. My compositor configuration is: - Scale method: Smooth - Rendering backend: OpenGL 3.1 - Tearing prevention: Automatic - Keep window thumbnails: Only for shown windows
No worries Harry, just glad you got it sorted.
