The backtrace points to your graphic drivers stack.

Try to not use Multiple Layouts and stick with Single layout if you have issues.

That message is appearing only when multiple layouts mode did not exit properly.

I deleted all layouts except for my Default one, but I'm still getting the error.

Show me a screenshot of your Layout Editor
Comment 4 Mike 2021-01-08 17:26:39 UTC
I still had multiple layouts selected after deleting my other layouts. I switched to single layout as you said and I'm not getting the error anymore. Thank you. I'll post an update if it crashes again.

Ok. You can restore your layouts if you want by pressing in Layouts Editor at the bottom left corner Defaults button or if you using latest latte git version by pressing in Layouts Editor the New Button and selecting with Layout to readd.

It's actually crashed 2 times today with no message, albeit it takes longer (~1 hour) to crash. I'll get a new backtrace uploaded. I'll also try the git version, but I was getting a different bug on there (items randomly rearranged).

v0.9.x is not maintained any more

and this is how to report crashes

Did I not follow that document? I cleared qmlcache and uploaded my backtrace. Anyways, I have updated to the git version, but now I'm getting a different bug. I'll post a new thread.

If you have followed that guide and the backtrace you are providing is through that guide then sorry but not Latte to blame... Qt maybe, graphic drivers maybe.. etc...

make sure to test Latte with Default layout and nothing else to check if an applet could also be the faulter here.

Not even one line of Latte code is mentioned in your backtrace.
