SUMMARY
When modifying profile settings, specifically window columns and rows (possibly other settings too), the program requires a restart to apply the modifications.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Konsole
2. Open menu "Settings", option "Profile settings"
3. Edit columns and rows
4. Click "Apply", click "Save"
5. Open another Konsole window leaving the first one opened

OBSERVED RESULT
New window has old profile settings size for columns and rows

EXPECTED RESULT
New window should pick new profile settings immediately (I think)
