Description roachh@protonmail.com 2021-01-06 14:21:47 UTC
SUMMARY
Sending a message crashes, resulting in a load of
"org.kde.pim.kmail: Danger, using an event loop, this should no longer be happening!"
errors.
This happens when sending from a protonmail account to a protonmail account. Sending to, e.g. GMail gives "connection refused", and I don't have any other mail accounts to test sending from.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Send an email from a protonmail account to another protonmmail account

OBSERVED RESULT
Crash, with error:
org.kde.pim.kmail: Danger, using an event loop, this should no longer be happening!
[1] 11591 alarm kontact

EXPECTED RESULT
Email sends as usual

Thank you for the bug report. Unfortunately we were not able to get to it yet. Can we ask you to please check if this is still an issue with Kontact 6.6.1.
