SUMMARY
Enabling rotated screen displays preview rotation wrong

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Rotate one screen
2. Disable the screen
3. Enable again

OBSERVED RESULT
Preview shows screen unrotated

EXPECTED RESULT
Preview shows rotated
