To which format you have rendered (MPG4?). What is the type of footage you use (from an Iphone)? Does this footage have variable framerates? If so please convert the footage. In project bin right click the clip and choose transcode. Exchange the clip in the timeline and try again.

In addition, all videos with the same frequency were shot on one phone in the same mode (Galaxy S9 plus). I understood what the problem is. The problem is that the program does not see some video files. All video files have to be removed from the project and added again, every time after opening the saved project. And it's not about the videos themselves, it's about the way to the video. Because if you put the project and video files in the root of the C drive, the program starts to see them. But if you put them already in the C:/1/ folder or drive D, for example, it doesn't work anymore. Please try with the version 20.12.1. In there are some fixes about not finding the correct clip path. If it still is not working try with the daily build to see if that happens as well. Use the standalone version with ending 7z so you don't have to install it. https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/Kdenlive_Nightly_mingw64/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/

P.S.: Just as a guess it could it be related the colon in windows paths and the way MLT handles files: [{protocol}|{format}]:{resource}[?{format-parameter}[&{format-parameter}...]] Note that there is a colon too (see https://www.mltframework.org/plugins/ProducerAvformat/#resource for further information)
