Yay, I'm glad you like Elisa! What kind of scaling are you using for your 4K monitor? Did you set the scale using the System Settings Displays page, or by increasing the font size, or by increasing the font DPI, or by doing some combination of those?

Hi Nate, I have not configured something special. Scale is set to 100% at 4K resolution. The font settings are shown in the screenshot I've added. ATB Chris
100% scale and normal font sizes on a 4k screen... Everything must be very small! Any chance you can send a screenshot of your whole desktop, including Elisa with the layout problem visible? Thanks again!

I have created a multi monitor setup yesterday and now elisa is like it should be. Hmm! Something must have changed during the setup process. Sorry, Chris

That's really very odd.
If you can still reproduce this problem in Elisa, are you also seeing the same issue in other desktop QML apps such as Discover or System Monitor?
Created attachment 138575 [details] attachment-6214-0.html Hi, no, not in other apps, just in Elisa. I got another 2k monitor where there is also this bug. I didn't notice this before, but since you are using a 200% scale factor, I would expect the font DPI in the Fonts page to show a value of 192, not 96. If you manually change it to 196 and then restart Elisa, is everything better?
Created attachment 138624 [details] attachment-23100-0.html Hi Nate, I changed the fonts dpi to 96 and now it looks good. I have a special xrandr config, maybe that's the reason. Aha, I knew you had some weird special thing somewhere that was causing the issue. :)
