ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I tried to make the page smaller to be able to see the okay button but then it moves out of frame and I have to restart my computer because I can't click out unless I exit out of the keyboard shortcuts page, but I can't see that page because it's not on my screen anymore.

Press alt-O to activate the OK button. This is a a default accelerator key in pretty much all windows programs. You probably also want to disable HiDPI support in Krita's setttings, or fix the display scaling settings of your windows setup.
