False positives

SUMMARY
For words both in English and Russian, I get spelling warnings despite the words being present in the dictionaries.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
See the attached video

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: openSUSE Leap 15.2
KDE Plasma Version: 5.20.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.77.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2

Adding false positives to the dictionary creates duplicate entries in ~/.hunspell_en_US or ~/.hunspell_ru_RU.

I can confirm for Italian: often an underlined word is among the suggested ones.

I don't know if this is related, but nearly all the words which end with an accented letter are underlined, and sometimes among the suggested ones I got the same word, but it ends with a "?" character, see attached file.

Operating System: openSUSE Tumbleweed 20210906
KDE Plasma Version: 5.22.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.85.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2
Kernel Version: 5.14.0-1-default (64-bit)
