SUMMARY
The PS backend has been separated as Okular-spectre package on Linux, but this is not included in the Windows build, so that the Windows build can't open EPS or PS files correctly when dragging in these files.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install latest version of Okular on MS Windows
2. Open Okular
3. Drag an EPS file into Okular 

OBSERVED RESULT
EPS content as text

EXPECTED RESULT
The EPS figure

This is not correct.

But that's not the point of this bug, yes, the Windows build should ideally include all the gs stuff for completeness.

You are right, I'd rather say the PS backend support is separated as okular-spectre and libspectre is the actual backend.

Yes, I'll appreciate it if all the gs stuff is included. I also noticed the latest version of libspectre can be successfully build on Windows. So I guess including libspectre is sort of "possible".
