The freedesktop specification provides categories for games: ActionGame, AdventureGame, ArcadeGame, BoardGame, BlocksGame, CardGame, KidsGame, LogicGame, RolePlaying, Shooter, Simulation, SportsGame, StrategyGame. KDE provides menus for some of these: Arcade, Board, Card, Kids, Logic, and Strategy, as well as "Roguelikes." The menu entries specify the icons that should be used for all but the last one: applications-games-arcade, applications-games-board, applications-games-card, applications-games-children, applications-games-logic, applications-games-strategy. Breeze doesn't have those icons, though, so installing the KDE games, which are correctly categorised according to the specification, gives a list of identical-looking submenus for each category, since they all pick up the applications-games icon.
