Hello,
how to increase the width of the vertical and horizontal scrollbars?

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. doesnt have settins
2. scrollbars too narrow, ard to hit with a mouse
3. manifests itself on all versions of Debian 9 and 10

Debian KDE 5.54/Plasma 5.14.5

You're using a very old version of Plasma. The scrollbars are wider in newer versions, starting with 5.18 IIRC.
