Ctrl+C works as expected in Konsole 20.08

SUMMARY

Hi, since I upgraded to 20.12 Ctrl+C (^C) and Ctrl+D (^D) is not working anymore. Ctrl+C is only working when I press it a couple of times.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Konsole 20.12 (also happens when installing it from git)
2. Open Konsole
3. Try to press "Ctrl+C" or Ctrl+D to close Konsole

OBSERVED RESULT
When pressing Ctrl+D or Ctrl+C nothing happens.

EXPECTED RESULT
See the attached screenshots.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

For some unknown reason my "konsolerc" set a couple of [Profile Shortcuts] which disabled this functionality. After removing those two lines below everything works as expected.

[Profile Shortcuts]
Ctrl+C, Ctrl+D, Ctrl+Shift+T=Peter.profile
