SUMMARY

"Low Quality" connection type connecting to a x11vnc server just hangs. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect to x11vnc server
2. Choose "Low Quality"

OBSERVED RESULT

The screen never shows

EXPECTED RESULT

The screen loads, ideally using a low quality encoding, but at the very least failing over to whatever is supported in common.
