SUMMARY TLDR:see either of attached videos https://youtu.be/9uTOrF8jqt4 https://youtu.be/s7RDKU0Y_DM Setup description: ==================== On a system with 3 monitors. Many settings are tweaked. | monitor-left | Primary | monitor-right | Each monitor has identical panels, with one difference: Left and Right Visibility - "Avoid Active" Primary - Always visible. PROBLEM: On the Left or Right monitor if you panel starts doing its "Avoid Active" behavior (a window covers it in any way) it disappears forever. The only way I found to get it back is to change layouts back and forth. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Have 3 monitors. 2. Create a panel and set it to Visibility = "Avoid Active" 3. Trigger the "Avoid Active" behavior (make a application Window cover that panel) OBSERVED RESULT Panel disappears forever EXPECTED RESULT Panel reappears when the Window losing focus, moving window to another monitor or pushing panel with coursor (I hope you know what I mean:) SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: KDE neon Unstable Edition KDE Plasma Version: 5.20.80 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.78.0 Qt Version: 5.15.2 Kernel Version: 5.9.0-15.1-liquorix-amd64 OS Type: 64-bit Processors: 2 × Intel® Pentium® CPU G3220 @ 3.00GHz Memory: 8.7 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor: ATI RV515 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This worked great for a while. Unfortunately not sure which Plasma/Qt update broke it. Only used this setup with 0.9.11 of Latte-dock. I will attempt to test a few other things with this bug and other multi-monitor issues, time permitting.
v0.9.x is not maintained any more, you can try git version.
you need to report back based on Latte git version
