SUMMARY
There are white square in some kcm of the system settings when in breeze-dark theme. Not every though.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Apply Breeze-Dark system wide theme
2. Go through different system gettings page
OBSERVED RESULT
White blank space in some KCMs.

EXPECTED RESULT
Coherent theming.

Can you try to switch to Breeze and then back to Breeze dark and see if it still happens?
