SUMMARY

The copy function for multiple files is broken.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select multiple files.
2. Copy them.
3. Paste them somewhere else, I did it from a USB stick to the SSD.

OBSERVED RESULT

Confusing file conflicts. Dolphin complains that files are already there, etc.

EXPECTED RESULT

Files paste in just nicely.
I also like to copy only the files, not also the folder in which they are in.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Comment 1 funkybomber 2024-01-26 01:01:31 UTC
I have tested with the latest nightly build on KFind (v27.07.70) and I cannot reproduce this issue.

I can select any files I want from the KFind search results, then right click and select "Copy".

This issue seems to be resolved.

If it's still broken for you in the latest version of KFind could you please provide a detailed bug report with your system software specs and also possibly some screenshots?
