Example work and don't work

SUMMARY
Ark can't open zip file if have Russian letters in name file, but with English letters is ok. 

With other type archive I didn't try. I think in other happen same bug. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Rename archive to "Русские буквы"
2. Open archive in ark
3. Rename archive to "English letters"
4. Open archive in ark

OBSERVED RESULT
Ark open only second archive.
You can see this in my attachment.

EXPECTED RESULT
Ark must open two archives.

Your screenshots show that the files are RAR, not ZIP...

Hi!
I did not write that the archive is zip.
Do you think that Russian letters should not work with rar archives?

But this is what you wrote in the bug description:

Russian letters in RAR works for me. Please refer to the attached screenshot.

I tested again with Ark 24.12.1 by opening a RAR file named "Русские буквы.rar" and it works fine.
