SUMMARY
"Open With" is missing in Dolphin context menus for remote files.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use ftp:// in Dolphin to open an ftp site with text files
2. right-click the text file in Dolphin

OBSERVED RESULT
No "Open With > KWrite" in context menu

EXPECTED RESULT
"Open With > KWrite" in context menu

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
KDE Plasma Version: master
KDE Frameworks Version: master
Qt Version: 5.15.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It works for local files.

I work with remote files in dolphin often and for me it is critical bug. https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=430293 has workaround - you can create service menus, but this bug has no workaround. Why it is critical - for example I have html file. I need to have possibility open it in browser and edit it in Kate for example. Now - i cant do it.

Krusader as interesting - not affects this bug.

Well it is in fact the same bug as https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=430293 contrary to my comment https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=430293#c10

The same issue made remote files and local folders loose "Open With" actions.
