Description Martin Zbořil 2020-12-12 10:44:01 UTC
SUMMARY
crash every time, i think it can be some network related issue (behind local network, no proxy)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open some installed application description, write a review how much you like the application.
2. select No for Useful? question of a worthless review's saying that application doesn't work
3. observe the crash

I managed to reproduce this behaviour about 3 times today.

OBSERVED RESULT
crash

EXPECTED RESULT
fair reviews from honest people, but its mostly from spiteful dummies who often don't know what their problems are or even how to troubleshoot them

and it is getting more difficult than it used to be - for example this app is Discover here, but executable is named plasma-discover - i almost gave up reporting this issue before i got it.. and getting a version number or About system as mentioned in a new bug template is not possible in plasma-discover

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows:
macOS:
Linux/KDE Plasma: default of kubuntu 20.04
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version:
KDE Frameworks Version:
Qt Version:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Comment 1 Martin Zbořil 2020-12-12 11:02:03 UTC
expected result part is irrelevant and completely correct - I was expecting to see About Discover in global menu so I missed 'About' button which is different location than I expected - KDE frameworks 5.68.0 Qt 5.12.8
Comment 2 Martin Zbořil 2020-12-12 11:02:44 UTC
damn! not completely correct, sorry for spamming
