STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Place a folder view plasmoid within a panel
2. Assign a keyboard shortcut for that plasmoid
3. Reboot o restart plasma

OBSERVED RESULT

The custom shortcut is missing

EXPECTED RESULT

The custom Shortcut remains
