the scrollbar is on the networks list because the network list is not aligned to the right (there is a empty spot for the scrollbar on the right)

Are you suggesting the names of the networks should be aligned to the right? it makes no sense, the names of the networks are usually in English.

no, the scrollbar is on the UI and it's reserved space is on the other side
I dont k.ow if this bug sill occurring, I using Plasm on english know

The English text is indeed correctly left-aligned, but the scrollbar is still wrong with current git master. In fact it's now wrong in a different way: it's on the wrong side, rather than being on the right side but covering up the content. I'll see if I can fix it.

(tested with `LANGUAGE=ar_AR systemsettings kcm_networkmanagement`)
