SUMMARY

Once you successfully add a custom stamp to your annotations tools, it doesn't show up in your stamps drop-down menu right away. You have to select it first in your Quick Annotations menu, and only then it shows up in your stamps menu. Moreover, it doesn't stay in that menu after reopening Okular.

In my opinion, this is counter-intuitive and makes things harder for the user to find, because:

1- You may not even have a Quick Annotations menu in your panel (as was my case).

2- Since you have just added a custom stamp, who wouldn't expect it to show up in the list where the other stamps are? Most users would probably think the thing is simply not working, as I did.
