Description Taavi 2020-12-08 13:18:25 UTC
SUMMARY
There's currently no existing/documented way of using YubiKey for signing, encrypting and decrypting e-mail with KMail. This integration would be very useful because things like Thunderbird have broken theirs with no fix in sight.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. ???

EXPECTED RESULT
People can select "gpg-agent/YubiKey" as their OpenPGP key under "Edit Identity" menu.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: Fedora 33
KDE Plasma Version: 5.20.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.75.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2
Kernel Version: 5.9.11-200.fc33.x86_64
OS Type: 64-bit

Please use Kleopatra for importing the keys from the YubiKey. Then signing, encrypting and decrypting email will work out of the box with KMail.
